Welcome to Hinzia. By accessing the Hinzia mobile application, marketplace, or digital infrastructure services ("Platform"), provided by CodeSphere Innovations (U) Limited, you agree to adhere to these terms.

1. Platform Availability & Usage

Hinzia is an agricultural ecosystem designed for Farmers, Buyers, Village Agents, and Financial Institutions. Accounts must be registered with accurate information. Fraudulent representation of crop yields, locations, or identity will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Digital Trust Score Integrity

The Digital Trust Score is algorithmically generated based on user activity. Users agree not to artificially manipulate or collude to falsify their scores. Financial institutions maintain ultimate discretion in all credit decisions.

3. Marketplace Transactions

Hinzia acts as an informational marketplace connecting verified buyers to verified farmers. Hinzia is not a party to the physical exchange of goods. Dispute resolution regarding produce quality lies strictly between the buyer and the farmer/cooperative.

4. AI Advisory (Crop Doctor) Limitation of Liability

The Crop Doctor AI is provided for general agronomic advisory purposes. While driven by high-confidence data, it does not replace the intervention of certified local agronomists during critical outbreaks. CodeSphere Innovations is not liable for crop failure.
